Rebecca, You know you are making me nostalgic. I grew up a country boy in Kansas with hay fields, dirt roads, and old cars all found in your photos. Now I am a fellow Virginian and have come to love the Virginia countryside. So many of your photos take my mind away from the Washington suburbs where I now live and out into the country where I love to be. Thanks for a wonderful site. Del.

I was 3 seconds from logging off and heading for bed... thanks!!! Did ya know I was born and reared a city boy? Gary, Indiana. The formative years of my life were big city. Grade school, little league...all concrete jungle. "Gary, Indiana, Gary, Indiana...my home town..." I hate that song.... I have come to love and appreciate the country life in the last few years.
