This is excellent. She is going to look back on this fondly (if she hasn't already). I love your work with the Hassy just as much as the Holgas.

I'm going to look like an idiot, but this near masterpiece (a beautiful painting, to my eyes) could use two extra touches. 1 - Fill flash 1 stop under yonder ambient to bring out the detail in her hair, just a touch of it to reduce the contrast, which (to my eyes) contradicts the soft mood of the photograph. 2 - Include the entire foot, pan over to the left a touch even. That's it anyway, love it either way, thanks for posting~

im going to look like a moron casting any clouds over such a classically beautiful photo (a painting almost) - but - (and with the qualifier that maybe my monitor is dark and clipping tones or whatnot) - 2 things come to mind which could have made this Perfect*. 1. - Fill flash @ 1stop under yonder ambient. Why? To me, the lack of (any) detail in her hair contrast too strongly with the wonderfully soft feeling the shallow DOF and light in general. 2. - Don't cut off her toes. That one's just my personal taste anyway. Either way, love it, glad you're posting here, thanks~

Love the expression on her face. Great shot although I find the twisted ankles a bit distracting. Looks uncomfortable to me or I might be jealous that I dont have that flexibility :)

Hi Bea!
I was a little way from the UF; a lot to do... And in the next weeks I will be visiting my family in Brazil. I will be computer-less, but my camera will be with all the time. :)
Great portrait! Great tones! Best wishes, Renato

Love the composition and doh of this very sensitive portraite. Like the way you have emphasised her feet - give that overgrown puppy look!
