Excellent rural shot and they always seem to look best in B/W, this is no exception. Wonderful low sky and looks like you have captured two birds in there too. Great shadows and light.

Might be a little dark in the foreground but that could be from the scan never used an orange filter I use a red one sometimes when I shoot in b/w. Nice image and composition.

Hi Randy, I think this is a fine picture, the composition is great as is the rural subject, I feel the sky could use a little burning in though.
