About We were discussing about the noise perceived with Nikon D 70 camera and I tried several options.
Paolo so kindly sent me this rework done with an algorithm he developed himself in order to remove the noise.
I think he did a STUNNING job!!!
Your comments are most welcome!

Stavamo parlando del rumore percepito con la Nikon D 70 e Paolo gentilmente mi ha mandato la sua interpretazione eseguita con un sofware da lui stesso creato.
Secondo me il lavoro č STUPEFACENTE.
I vostri commenti saranno molto apprezzati e grazie infinite,Paolo!!!

The concept was already fascinating, but this version gives it back some details that were lost in the first version (e.g. the holes on the white house). That's very interesting, because noise reduction used to cause loss of details and to over saturate images.
This is a perfect marriage of a stunning picture with the perfect algorithm.
Compliments for both artists.

I don't notice much noise in the original photo, but I like your exposure on this shot, Antonella, especially how you managed to capture all the detail of the other buildings without over exposing the tower. Nice shot!

Noise reduction is based on reducing a number of adjacent pixels to an extent where it consequently reduces sharpness. That is exactly what happened here. I prefer the previous one because of it sharpness. A better way of doing it is to be careful with USM. IMO if appreciated. Regards, Rob.
