Harborplace is the crown jewel of downtown Baltimore's three-decade renaissance. Among the wonderful elements of urban design here is this waterfall. You can walk from the large plaza at bottom to the elevated walkway connecting Harborplace to other parts of downtown. Along the way, you get to walk *behind* the waterfall, and taking a moment to look *through* it is worthwhile!
this worked out great! i love that it isnt too abstracted by the water, and also the little holes of clarity in the break in the falling water. great interpretation. the flags add a nice bit of color.
Hi Steve, i haven't visited your portfolio for a while - what an idiot i've been :) Your recent work is really good (OK, the work before hand was also good) and very graphic oriented. The liquid motion is very good. At first i thought the blob of reality at the bottom was disturbing, but now i think this makes it look real and not PS so good idea to leave it in the picture. Looks loke a nice place to be on a hot day, sipping a beer, taking a couple of pics and watching the world go by. Cheers Neil
