Hi, Jeff - nice shot. After reading the other comments I took the liberty of playing with it a bit. I have to say that I always find digital frames to be unnecessary and usually detrimental to the image. This may be just a quirk on my part! But as you can see I have removed it and made the sky blue. I didn't have time to try and remove the plant. It would be interesting to see this image taken on a dead still day with building reflections in the water and no obscuring plant life in the foreground.

Beautiful shot of the city with great colors. It's to bad the sky isn't a little more blue to bring out the red in the building. I'm not sure if I like the plant at the bottom of the shot. Great shot.
