About	I was photographing Station-10's crew doing training. The engine got a call and had to leave. This is the engine office responding via the radio. A little PS contrast and brightness because of the heavy shadows. Also, +0.3 EV. ISO 800

This shot is very good. It looks as though he is very tired, as if he just faught the biggest fire in his life. You can see his sweat ( or water ) darkened shirt. It seems to me he is reporting in - job done - but with bad news. I know that your description says different. This is just what I see! Great capture.
