Cara Antonella, I don't know any method to gauge a monitor LCD so that the colors are seen the same as in a cathodic monitor. I think that you can try a practical method that I use.
In my study -where I paint, write and play with the computer - I have installed two sodium halogenated lamps OSRAM LUMENAC QUASAR 150W each, with a color temperature of 5500?K. This assures me to have a diurnal light that it doesn't alter the colors.
Additionally, when I adjust colors in a picture and I can make it (such in the case of my last AUTUMNAL COLORS), I compare the colors of the objects photographed with the image obtained in the screen and I equal them.
Lamps of more quality exist, as the OTT-LITE TRUECOLOR"; you can obtain bigger information in www.ott-lite.com
The factor light is of extreme importance when of colors it is.
I hope this information result useful for you.

Come dicevo a Felipe il mio problema è che ho un monitor LCD e dunque se aumento il contrasto e la saturazione dei colori mi pare che diventino innaturali.
Questa è senza dubbio una mia limitazione : non ho idea di come gli altri percepiscano i colori che io vedo ed intendo dare alle mie foto.
Probabilmente la calibrazione Adobe Gamma non è sufficiente.

The problem is that I have a LCD monitor and therefore if I push the colors and the contrast to me they seem unnatural.

Non condivido significativamente le proposte di Mauro e Felipe poichè rispetto all'originale (io c'ero!) è tutto falsato.
Infatti se si guarda con attenzione le due proposte sono entrambi condizionate da una dominante azzurra.
Se si fosse usato un CPL non avremmo discusso una virgola su questo pregevole scatto, ben dettagliato e contrastato con condizioni di luce variabili ed improvvise, da far impazzire il più "scafato" dei fotografi!
Parere personale e privo di polemica alcuna nei confronti dei due amici.

Antonella, I agree with the proposal of Mauro, color misses the landscape to enhance its intrinsic beauty. Without modifying saturation and contrast is achieved a color balance that confers to the picture great naturalness. Alone it is necessary to adjust what corresponds in levels: neutral half tones and contrast for channel (additionally, you can adjust colors). The result is the following one:

Implicit beauty of a landscape I enjoy seeing. Just imagine standing there and hear the cuckoo and blackbird. Serenity and the chill after apparently a rain judging by the darker colors of the slowly draining water on the slopes. I missed it htis year, next time it is my turn and see it for myself.
