Wonderful composition, like the emptiness as background, it fits to the vultures. (their work)
Beautiful colors too! Teunis's version, the lighter one, gives a better contrast.

Teunis, thanks for your comment. Your image looks very nice. I like the frame. Personally, however, I prefer the image slightly darker. Maybe if the orange is slightly darker? Its always difficult with birds sitting on tree branches - the backlight plays around with the lighting of the subject.
