Hi Dave , just a great photo Well composed and the reflections in the water add great depth . I looked at this and it reminded me of the hours I spent sitting in swamps in Ontario audio recording these guys.THanks for the memories Cheers Glenn Formerly from Ontario now living in southwest Florida .

Thanks for the critique and comments. You're right about the overexposure. I actually left the marsh grass in to show a bit of the environment, but here is another version which I think looks better.

This image looks slightly overexposed. no detail in the white area of goose. Good detail in feathers and catchlight in eye, but i do find the left highlights to be extremley distracting to the overall image as well as the dead undergrowth in the background background.
