Hi there Hugo,
The settings are correct (f7.1_1/60). I did about 200 pictures, and only a few were good enough, then, the battery died...

Hi Joćo, I love the motion blur in this shot, it creates a very dynamic shot, as well as a good reference to the atmosphere. The bright colours are excellent.

If the settings you entered are correct, you've done an excellent job in panning with the cyclist, keeping him in focus, and composing the shot very well. There's still some motion blur in him, but that only emphasises the speed.

Very impressive capture!
