nice b&w image, it's calming to me, I almost wish the background had more contrast but the foreground is superb

Hey Josh! You make me laugh! (it was the title that did it!) I love this photograph, it has so much great movement, it is particularly effective in BW! The contrast is extraordinary as well! What I like the most about this picture is that you took it on the rocks, I imagine, and I recently went to Coney Island where they have rocks like this and took photographs after crawling out on the rocks. So, I can relate to this! Thanks for the laughs and smiles! Keep sharing and taking photographs!

Hello Liz... This shot was taken after sundown. It was almost dark and the light was fading very fast. My tripod was set up on the rocks of the jetty and every time the waves came in they just barely splashed up onto the rock that I was on. The legs of my tripod got a little wet and so did my shoes, but I kept my camera dry. It was also very very very windy and raining off and on that night. Good times...

well of the 2 I like the blue better, was this taken early morning or after sun down? You used a trypod on the rocks? I do wish this was a bit lighter

Very cool shot! The slow exposure made for some dramatic water! Nice job!
