maybe the tree is too strong, but the contrast between the tree and the wall is so dramatic, the way the tree slices up the red into abstract shapes. . . . . no, let's say the tree is the focal point, the wall and the window merely add shapes to which the tree dissects.
thanks for your comment. It makes me thin kabout this photo. First: I can assure you that the tree is actually there and it has not been added on. But I seee what you meen that you mention it. Indeed it looks like is been added on. Though I had not seen it 'till you said so. Second: what do you mean when you say that's you think the tree is a bit overwelming? I'm curios to find out what you mean.
I like the wall, Jeroen. Its rough surface is nicely captured. I love the colour too and the details seen through the window. The tree intrigues me, but looking closer, I think it's a bit overwhelming. It looks as if it's been added on.
