You said in http://karsh-i.usefilm.com/1/5/8/3/1583/405442-tn.jpg that you "don't give the photo much picturisque importance, much of my childhood and yesteryears are associate with the place where there are these 3 windows" and of course I understand that. That's ok, and some pictures and places have special meaning to us. But not necessarily to everyone else. And that's where you have to add some interest, for your audience.
For example, no parent or grandparent finds fault with a picture of their child or grandchild smiling. The picture can have a leaning horizon, be out of focus, have handshake and flare, loads of distracting people and superimpositions in the background, and they will still think it is the world's most beautiful picture.
But one can take a picture of a child that is interesting and attractive not only to those with an emotional attachment to the child, but to others as well, by executing it with thought and originality.
The same can be said of this special place, which has special meaning to you. Perhaps by choosing a different angle, exploring it more, finding some pattern in the walls, the roof, or by finding a spot where the light is special (rays of light streaming through the window), or an evocative view out of the window etc. Perhaps there is something about the colours on the walls or the texture of the floor that you can make the most out of.
The challenge is to communicate to the audience your feelings about the place through the image you create.
This picture is a good record picture. It shows the room, the three windows, the ceiling, etc. It is in focus, the exposure is right for the interior, etc. But it does not hold the attention of the unattached viewer. Unless you have fond memories of the place, it evokes very little feeling.
To me, this image lacks any sort of interest point. There is an empty foreground, some windows where there is no detail because all the highlights are washed out and the ceiling, which has some texture and detail, is too small in the picture.
I am sorry to be blunt, but what is the point? Maybe it's a joke? You list it under "Your best photograph", but you have much better photos in your portfolio! Like http://www.usefilm.com/image/417990.html, or http://www.usefilm.com/image/405442.html
