I like this Chris! It's different, vast in space, light in tones except for the man, and some lines. I like the little touch of red ..

Lori :)

The man , walking all alone with his reflection , is a very good contrast to the village in the background.
You have seen that special moment and composed beautifully
Bravo and regards from Jan

Hi Chris; the high key way you've handled the foreground in this shot is unusual, but effective I think-- at least I like it. This probably qualifies as photo art IMO. Nice work. Cheers. Craig

Hmmm. My memory of the view from the pier is that the surface underfoot gradually shades off into not white but dark grey-brown mud. They must really have cleaned the beach up. I appreciate the gentle, pastel colours, which are quite beautiful, but it really looks grossly oversharpened. Is that a deliberate effect or perhaps an artifact of Usefilm's compression/sharpening algorithm? Full marks for composition and originality!!!

I like the washed out foreground, it is like the man is walking on a mirror...

Although I would have preferred a less washed out sky, and perfect horizontal, the subtle colors work well here, the figure the finishing touch to a very fine image
