About In the religious Zoroastrian complex in Yazd, Iran, the buildings an Temples of Silence, dating back to 500 BC, are covered with grafity and surrounded by motorcycles, tracks and litter. It's only a matter of time, before these monuments of human history are either destroyed or placed on the Unesco world heretidge list... Let's pray for the latter! Cheers, Hugo

Me again! Hugo, your photographs are so nice, this is so well composed, and interesting! It almost looks 3D. Your contrast is excellent!

How sad that people have to leave their 'mark'.... I always hate to see that.

'Cheers' to you also! Lori :)

Beautiful photo, I like the off centering and how you captured the damaging graffiti. Its unfortunate that some countries don't value their historical monuments.

Groeten, Lex

I like the composition of this one better - I feel as if I have entered some post-apopalyptic world...I think I would like more desert foreground and less sky and move the horizon more off center - but the movement horizontally is great...
