Very nice shot, Jon! Very well captured. Compared to the previous one, I think it is really hard to choose a favourite; this one is a bit less zoomed in (or cropped differently?), with the background just ever so slightly distracting, but the majestic poses of the swans are better balanced and better composed. Great series, my compliments!
Cheers,
Hugo

I was near Baltimore Maryland last Thursday, feb 19th on business and I decided to take old Route 40 back to Philadelphia instead of interstate I-95. after going about five miles I saw a marshy area to my left, which I am sure is part of the Chesapeake Bay watershed, and i noticed these two beautiful wild white swans! with great delight i turned by Ford Explorer around parked on the side of the road. then i started shooting pictures of them from approximately 125 yards away with my trusted Fuji s5000 on full telephoto, in the sports mode, with the digital magnifier activated! i wish they would have been closer, Im sure I could have gotten much more dramatic shots! jon [ps by the time I started shooting pictures of these beautiful birds that it was 4:30 PM in the afternoon]
