Aloha Drejci..:)

lep vecer ti ?elim....u?ivaj in naj ti zvezdice svetijo v temi..:)

Masterpiece of work....Outstanding moment, magnificent shot!!!!

Yes and here is your fire. I never photograph one that would be a sight. Maybe I hope the the volcanos do stay dorminent around here for its been a lot of years and they can do some damage. Excellent image and capture I like this one a lot.

Absolutely superb, fantastic capture. Well, if I ever get to Sicily, I will sure visit Stromboli, but only because you have done such a splendid photographic job.
Andrej, thanks for your comment on the Terrace Restaurant, there is a long story behind it, there is not enough space to explain in words so I will post it at my UF site in next few days.
Best regards, Alex

Hugo de Wolf Hugo de Wolf   {K:185110} 2/23/2004
Wow! Even with the flaws yhou mention, I think you have a winner here, Andrej! Very dynamic and an extremely powerful shot. Amaising capture! Can imagine, you couln't wait to get the film developed and printed to see how it came out.... I know the feeling of missing a tripod. What I usually do then, is find a couple of rocks, embed my camera between them, and expose on the selftimer..... Works (most of the times), but requires some subtlety not damaging the camera and a lot of cleaning afterwards......

Outstanding shot!

Cheers,

Hugo

Kristina Kohut   {K:49990} 2/23/2004
Oh wow! Sharp enough for me! Something like this couldn't be pin sharp anyway, that would probably look strange. But... you really saw this LIVE? That is really so cool!

  0

L B.   {K:13965} 2/23/2004
Indeed it ain't perfectly sharp. But the picture is spectaculair! Really wonderfull, i am very glad you wanned to share your experience! The colours from the lava are wonderfull, and the sundown colours in the air are very nice to! The smoke at the left gives it a action feeling. How far where you away from the vulcano??
