Your photos are inspiring, Kevin. I don't think they need a lot of ps work.

Hi Kevin
I have just discovered your portfolio and I must say that I am impressed
The way you capture your landscape and then your PS work is amazing. You have a great eye for everything that is beautiful and artistis at the same time. There ae so many beautiful posts of landscape on UF, but for me, only a few have something that makes them fascinating, like yours.
I wish I had time to comment on all your photos as I know that in each of them there is something in particular that I find very apppealing.
I have chosen this foto of yours cause it is your latest submission.
You have turned this simple field into a beauty. I like the texture a lot and the stroke
of trees and house on top really add to the image. Lovely earth tones.
Beautifully composed and superbely captured
Congratulations on your excellent and outstanding work
Best regards - Emgy

Yes, your instinct was certainly right. I love both the, ah, earthy details in the foreground and the distant scene crammed into the top of the photograph. The latter sets the scene very economically without distracting from the main subject. I also like the way the nearby jumble sorts itself into properly aligned furrows in the middle distance.

Kevin. I really like it. The soft, light tones in the background create a great contrast and frame for the field. I'm wondering how it would look with just a slight bit more of the background? Great shot. Lou
