About Polychrome Pass in Denali National Park, Alaska. There were six Dall Sheep rams on the mound next to the road. These two were at the top and I assume they were the dominant males of the group.

Took a bus? I'll be damned. lol

Had quite the purple same tint in BG here: http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=623079

Had to fly a chopper to get there though. :)
Looking forward to some new bus trip pics from you, among others, of course.

Best regards,
Konstantin

Konstantin: Stalking them was easier than you might think. I took the bus. Thanks for your comments. The magenta area is shown more clearly in this wider image taken at the same time. I will let you decide if it is unnatural.

Normally very difficult to stalk. Impressive!

Magenta hue prominent in BG is a little distractive but that's just my nitpicking. I intend to catch one of Marco Polo argali like that if lucky.

Truly beautiful.

Excellent shot! Great color. I like the sunshine on the one
