The colours seem unnaturally over-saturated to me, especially the browns in the foreground and the greens on the flank of the snowy hillside in the distance. The curious lack of focus on the curve in the road is a little unsettling, too. Think I'll "pass" on rating this one.

Ah, just found this photo which gives a clue to the location of the other one! I am quite familiar with the Cheviots (from the Scottish side mostly) so it is always interesting to know the locations of your shots! :)
