They are tough to do. When posting I try to keep them as close as possible to the original in terms of color and contrast and such. That requires a fair amount of Photoshop because my scanner does a pretty poor job of copying the thing. So I have to go back and correct. Plus the colors are hard to duplicate. But I think I am getting fairly good at recreating them. The composition is what it is. You could get a SX-70 and have a truer SLR type view of what you're shooting. With the One-Step it can be frustrating at times, but other times I find it useful (instructive) to have the composition a little off. I think the hardest thing with polaroids is getting them to expose the way you want them to. And to get the colors to come out as you see them.

we could start a UF competition - who posts the Polaroid that gets under ten views in ten days :) --- I see the task of Polaroid is a hard job, even less latitude than Holga, no possibility to correct the composition (except Photoshop but I guess you dont use it for that) - but once they are done, they get stronger with the time ....
