Thanks much for the comments. Andreas - Glad I could help with the camera question. I've been just checking-out the latest Spectra camera online today and I might have to find one and give it a try. The newest Spectra film is supposed to be real sharp with a better exposure range and truer colors. I don't if that's good or bad but, again, I might have to try it. I think I saw something about a Holga Polaroid camera somewhere. Sounds interesting. I'd have to see a bunch of pictures to see what I think. I have thought about getting one of those zero 2000 6x9 pinholes. I don't know if I'll get around to it because I have some other cameras right now I'm not using enough. Leslie - the Virgin Mary shot works for me also in a purely visual way. It's maybe a bit more romantic than some of the things I've been doing. That polaroid probably comes from my appreciation of Atget's statues and mannequins. And also the overlay photos of Clarence John Laughlin.

This, on the other hand, is pure photography, a purely visual pleasure that (in my case anyway) releases lots of non-visual associations. Much more effective (again, speaking for myself) than any number of Sancta-Maria images.

perfect - btw thanks for your answer * - and did you ever think of the HolgaPolaroid? its not cheap, but if you build a pinhole yourself you get two of them for the money ... I think you have the right eye for this kind of camera as I know your Holga results, too (* there are two shutter release buttons on the cam, one with flash, the other without, i didnt see it before ...)

I love the fact that you use a Polaroid for many of your shots. I have one and use it, but have not posted any. I might now! Great shots.
