Yes, I lived in Doha, Qatar for 2 years of my life between I think 11 and 13... an amazing experience even though I was so young. Such a culture clash. No I've never been to Dubai, but I heard it's a wonderful place... one day I hope ;)

So he's actually the youngest twin... I know those eyes so well but they still keep fascinating me.... last Halloween I was just about to buy myself one of those fancy cat eye contacts, but somehow I managed to come back to the real world before spending about $200 on them (LOL).
