PS thanks for your comment on my rainbow. It's true I use a Sony F828 now, but it is not a replacement for my Nikons (especially not when I'm travelling). It's still strange to hold this tiny thing, but I enjoy not to have to change the lenses every two minutes and the comfort not to need my Nikon Coolscan 4000, which is a fine instrument but bloody slow.
Jeff, Great nightshot! Excellent shutter timing. I love those cars halfway through the intersection. And indeed, Hand held! What did you use for support, or did you miss a couple of heartbeats during that 1/5' second? Brilliant view, and very well toned and lit. The star (filter?) is a bit too much, for my taste. I don't think it adds anything to the feeling and atmosphere of the photo.... (It does'nt affect it negatively either, though) I like the perspective. Well done, very intreguing and inspiring work!
