Zach, Just found this post on a pass through "Decisive Moment". Honestly, I like the photo. I really gives a true sense of feeling as to what this athlete is going through and his determination. At the same time, there seems something odd - with the shutter and aperture you used, I'm struck by what appears to be an oddly blurred background (was this done in PS or?). I also wonder if the photo might benefit from a little more contrast, a little less light, and a little tighter crop? This isn't a bad photo, but it could have been a better photo. Regards, Dan
I think this picture could benefit from better framing. More room below the feet, less room above. That said, though--this is great! What an expression on the face. I feel pain just looking at the photo! Nice work.
