Very beautiful. Great DOF. Even though the lighting is a little brighter than might be idea you still captured detail on the yellow and white petals. That is no easy task. Congrats! Not sure if you have Photoshop CS or not but if you do you should explore the Photo Filter functionality. Attached is your file with the use of the Warming Filter (85). Don't now if you'll see the difference, but look at the white in your image. It helps I think.
