...so this! I don't know if the blue sky was because of the long exposure (so this very pleased blue) BUT I LOVE THIS BLUE! The building looks very good with the lighting support on it.

Nice color and blur motion Andrius; you right in commenting my fotographic work: I see the same problem here...the bell tower is not exactly perpendicular at the ground but in my opinion its an irrilevant detail because this one is so beautiful perspective.

Thanks for your comments. The ISO was 200. Yes, you are right, the clouds are noisy here in Usefilm.com, because I reduced the picture in physical/digital size and resolution. In the original they were almost OK.
I am offering a couple suggestions on your picture also. The building is a little bit tilted and the red lights from the cars are distracting. See my suggestion below.

This camera hasn't ISO alignment.

Great colors and exposure choice! There's something strange in the composition; maybe, it's' because the upper part, with the building in the middle, gives a sense of simmetry while the foreground doesn't and seems a little bit tilted.
Anyway, a beautiful night shot that mixes static and well detailed subjects with motion blurred ones.

Very impressive photo - amazing sky, great lighting on the church steeple - though I do find the foreground (time-lapse motion effects of the traffic) somewhat distracting. I wonder if a tighter, vertical composition of the church and sky would be more powerful. My two cents -- still a fine photo, congrats!
