Old Popeye is hang. I know where I use to live the gang that was near had a Barbie hanging from the bushes next to there place. I guess they hated women and probaby everyone else for they were a poor excuse for human beings. I hope some of them have grown up by now or they will be dead or in prison. Excellent capture and image.
