A fine portrait, warm and sensuous.

I shall resist the temptation to sink to the level of cheap puns about sockets, plugs, power, and electricity.... (Nice portrait, by the way.)

Another comment...wouldn't worry too much about the softness. I'm assuming you're scanning these in from actual prints, which will invariably cause some softness. I think we've just become too spoiled on seeing pictures either taken with digicams, or scanned directly from film, which gives sharper scans. The softness in your pictures really isn't a concern, 'cause it's just a limit of the print and scanner. :) Hope this helps. As always, you've done a good job capturing the mood of your model. :)

Reynaldo,

Though a nice light disc or light panel would be the best way to go (I prefer two-sided white and gold myself), you can just use white foam core board for a reflector also. I would've placed this to the other side of this model to fill in the shadows. And Brian made a good comment on placement of the model...slightly more to the left would've been a good move, causing the model to be facing INTO the picture, which will help draw the viewer's eyes through the picture, rather than just right into it, which causes a "trapped" sensation. On a side note...does this guy charge by the hour or by the job? *wink* Thanks for posting, guy. :)

Thanks Heather, Thanks Brian.
The original copy is sharper. Maybe I dont use scanner
correctly.
Thanks for coming.

Nice expression. I think this would be an absolute killer of a photo if there was slightly more light to the left, the model was placed slightly off center to the left, with the same pose, and the background was a bit different. A *slightly* sharper reproduction might help too. Good stuff.

I like this one much better than the first Wagner - its always good to see the persons experssion.
Oh, by the way, I have a problem with a light fitting....
*grin* H:)
