On Ulf's comments:
Betis street has nothing to do with the soccer club: Betis is the Roman name of the Guadalquivir river, wich is an Arabic name ("wadi" river, "al-qebir": big). So, the street name is because of the river (it's obvious, isn't it?). Regarding that "club" (or whatever it could be), "real betis" (note that I write it without caps), well, we have a soccer club in Sevilla, called Sevilla FC, and we don't know any other one... ;)

I know about Real Betis. But since I have never been in Sevilla, I like to see that there is a calle Betis también. Great perspective.
Tengo unos discos con sevillanas.
Por ejemplo el disco de oro 2002 que empieza con "La cenicienta gitana"
