Esta e sem duvida uma da minhas ruas prefreridas. Adoro esta area. talvez porque tenha estudado no IADE que e perto. Esta e uam das areas de Lisboa que eu mais gosto. E penoso subir a rua, mas no fim tens a recompensa da vista. Boa foto!

I know this street!I've shot it many times(but always in color-it looks GREAT in black and white).Lisbon's such a great city for photography,one of the best!Everywhere you look there's a picture to be made.Very good work Filipe

The whole picture curls to the left due to the lovely lines of the whole street, it feels like the whole street is in tune with itself! :)

GREAT! The contrast is the A and Z on B&W photos and here it is very nice. It support the different objects, the train lines, the windows and OF CAURSE the walls. The only think is about the man in the long distance, his grey hairs in view but also black clouths. Not big deal surely just think about a high contrast effect on him and the around wall or polarize the tones here. Very good as it is.

É de facto uma bela foto da Rua Vítor Cordon vista de baixo, daquela rua perpendicular que dá acesso aos armazens do chiado. Sei disto com essa precisão porque tenho óptimas noções espaciais e sou um conhecedor exímio das ruas de lisboa! (ai a modéstia!!) Conheço-as de tal forma que ma daria mesmo bem como taxista! BOM, para além disso tudo, estava com o meu amigo quando se decidiu a realizar este exercício fotográfico que mostra a beleza da cidade de lisboa como descrita num romance do Eça ou algo parecido..
Sensualidade urbana, existe?? Se não, acabste de inventar o termo mon ami!!!

These are some great lines in this shot, I only wish that there were more detail on the people at street level. Maybe the print has it. Nice work.

It's beautiful. I'm crazy for this shot. It could have been taken at varying degrees of vertical, but the one you chose is just right. I especially like the fact that there are people in the shot, but you don't really notice them if you don't want to see them.
