Hi Jenni,
nice Nymph Parakeet, nice portrait, but the white balance is way off ... I bet, you shot it under tungsten lighting, didn't you? Wasn't that a white wall in the background. Auto white balance doesn't handle such lighting conditions very well, especially if you combine tungsten with flash. I would recommend using the RAW file format, cause then you can correct such problems nicely afterwards to get the colors right.
Greetings from Germany
Chris

Hi Jenny, cute photo of the bird. I know this is a pet and a robin is not:) In holland we call a robin a roodborstje (redbreast) regards maura

Hi Ray, thank you for your comment. Hmm, sorry to say, but I prefer the original one. The one you adjusted seems jst a hint artificial to me. I took the photo indoors with no flash. Therefore, the light is as it is.

Jenni, Excellent portrait of mr. bird, great composition and detail. The colors seem to be a bit subdued though. I took the liberty of brightening them up a bit. Let me know what you think. Reguards, ray w.
