About We were watching this bird for about 20 minutes wondering what it had in its beak. The bird wasn?t trying to swallow it or if it was a deformity with the naked eye? I think it might be a starfish, still how would you get three legs hanging out like that? I took this with my tele-converter, handheld, with a circular polarizer.

Great capture, I must agree, looks like a starfish to me. I like the low angle, glad to see you have some options now with your new camera to explore..image is a bit dark on my screen, but then my contrast scale shows 0 & I the same (BLACK). Regards, Bill

Wow Robert this is a very nice angle you captured the bird at. Maybe a bit lighter.

Great candid shot of "who has got who". It is indeed a starfish that refuses to go down without a fight. Where was this taken? Cheers

Robert, A very unique capture. I love it. And I believe you are right about it being a starfish, judging by the texture. Though it would be a small one. Excellent clarity and color.
