This is a photograph that set me thinking. Technically it is excellent. Those leather textures, and their faces/hair are beautifully rendered, and the DOF is perfect... making the background less distracting and that hand with the cigarette, so large because it is close, less obtrusive than it would have been pin sharp. But what are THEY thinking? The expressions are both interesting and ambiguous. This looks rather like a set piece, carefully posed, but even so it works very well. And it certainly got me thinking.

very neat image; the title if I understand well is in contrast with artificial mood of the subjects which seems to be unnaturally freezed by the camera objective
