Ken, , I scanned a white tee shirt for the first layer. Changed color to monotone. Added 1% gaussian blur. Then second layer,,any photo. Then blend mode multiply with 80% opague. Add 2% film noise. Flatten, then liquify the edges. That's all there is to it! lol I think I forgot a few things, but that's the basics. Peta ,,,I think it's called creativepro.com I found it very useful.
