I really like the composition of this shot. While the lighting isn't perfect, it is still so nice and dramatic. You have had the opportunity to visit some wonderful lights. I have just been to your web site, and really enjoyed it. Look forward to seeing more of your work. Regards.

I love the perspective of this shot. Congradulations on finding a new and refreshing angle to this very famous lighthouse. My only suggestion is the scan is lacking and the whites in the sky are coming across a bit burnt on my screen. Best Regards, Sandra

Two comments: First, it seems unlevel. Second it seems the lighthouse and the surf are both a bit soft (maybe the scan).

I like the idea and yes your timing is perfect (both rotating beacon and surf perfect) but something else is lacking. Maybe you need to use the rule of thirds and place the lighthouse more off center. Maybe it is the rocks are just too symetrical, I am not sure. I am a sucker for lighthouses, but this one is just off.

I feel the composition is lacking--- but great idea--- just play around with the composition a little more to find the best shot.--- even though I suppose that could be hard waiting for the right splash of the water!
