Excellent shot ! I love the backlighting from the top, that shows the furs.
Just a suggestion... try taking diagonal shot, which make the picture like the worm climbing up :>

Excellent macro, love the lighting! In England this is known as the lava of the 'Privet Hawkmoth' (Sphinx Ligustri). I only know 'cos I'm trying to name my butterflies!
