I'm not familiar with the camera you use. The lens seems to be a super wide angle lens, while I can hardly see any distortion in the picture. Did you crop the image or something else?
I like to see when people argue about the choice of aperature. It is partly due to my low taste :), and partly due to the fact that both sides are right in most cases. And I can learn from different points of view of the same picture.

Your Pic is soft and romantic. At the contrary of what Sarah wrote, I think the choise of 4.5 and the pastel colours create this blur effect.
I'll keep my eye on your future shots.

I would, maybe, have used a smaller aperture.
