I have just had a quick look back through your portfolio and found this - "Magic Light" is certainly the right label for this. It has a "prehistoric" feel about it as well, as if you expect to see the footprints of an ancient animal along side it.
Someone has commented about it being a little too sharp. I think that some of the larger sand grains in the foreground seem a little contrasted, which may just be a natural consequence of the very shallow angle of light that morning. I wouldn't change the sharpening if you lost any of the great detail in the water. The lighting effect along the "spine" of sand ripples is superb.

Hi Kaj, wonderful color work . picture with athmosphere, super graphic and tendency. Like to work with an analog camera.. But your picture is a excellent work with a digital camera

I think its great but I also think it's a little over-sharpened. I think it'd be much more pleasing if it was a little softer. Lots of people have commented and not metioned this so I guess I'm just an odd minority. Just my opinion though. The photograph itself is wonderful, I love the pattern and colour.
