A couple of things. First I realize thats its tough to get close when you are doing street photography, which this is. I don't know why you would put it under commercial.
Street looks a better in B&W. How do you know these two are "bums". Maybe they are trying to earn some extra money with their talent-you did say they were good.
I cleaned up your shot somewhat, which is only my opinion. Others might your look.
You had a good idea but try to get closer next time.
