There's something special about this image. It maybe the soft shades of blues, the abstract shapes. It also reminds me of misty Chinese brush paintings. Whatever, I like it a lot. Pity you made no mention of camera used or film, so we are left to guess how you managed to capture it.

Love the effect here, very surreal !!
As Matej has pointed out there are a number of places where photoshop cleaning would have helped, dust or water spots in the top left hand corner for instance.

Very dreamlike... When I first saw the thumbnail, I thought it was some kind of a watercolour abstract painting. Perhaps you shouldn't have revealed how this was taken; the photo would have an even more mystical air about it.
I guess those dustspecks were on the plane window. I think it would be worth cleaning them out.
