Yes, this seemed to me to be lit from within -- and you've captured both the light and the sense of flickering motion here, Lowell. I, too, like the way this series has moved in closer and closer, like the dead returning would see the offering. Very sad and beautiful.

The best for the last. These would look excellent together in a triptych, I like how each one got clearer until we could see what we were looking at. Great series!

This one from your Ofrenda series I like! There's something here for me to focus on. The colors are very appealing. The shapes bring to mind many things. A canyon, tissue paper, etc...
My only nitpick is that I wish the top yellow wasn't quite so hot... But a minor nitpick at best!

To me, Lowell, one of your best work, ever. I don't know why, but I can feel you in this one. I can sense your soul. Confusing? But that is what I feel. Me like it, me love it. Marília

I see you have discovered backlighting too, Lowell :) it's a beautiful floral abstract. (maybe a bit too bright in the top) My Spanish is far from perfect, but I think I understand the words of the lyric...

Ofrenda
