About Lauren another way. I think I like the dark frame better than the first one. Now, about the lighting .....Comments??

I think the blue is a bit to "ghoulish" for my taste-- and for a nice looking young girl. I'd like to see this with a nice sepia (warmer) tone here, but then I can be pretty "traditional", so that might just be me. But OTOH, dark, mody photos like this really appeal to me in general, so mixed feelings on this one.

Out of the three shots this has the most impact on the senses, the emphasis on those eyes. However, the shadow on this side of the nose has an enlarging effect, which pulls the eyes down, but thankfully towards those slightly lit lips. I think in this instance lip gloss would have worked very well.

Great effect and I like it a lot.

this must be another aspect of her sadness
I feel she was kinda blue within the other one's tones ,
now she seems as if she has heard a call from that void Fabio is talking about and following it ,free of senses.

I really like this Elizabeth. The lighting is very striking in my opinion. It gives me the feeling that she is looking through a window on a moonlit night. I too like the dark frame - it adds to the overall mood of the picture and I cannot imagine any other framing working as well. Very nice!!

This gives it such a mood Elizabeth! It was your sad Lauren, and in blue that certainly accentuates that. She has 'classic' eyes like in an old painting btw. Just noticed. :)

very fine
but also frightening in a sad way
:
without eyes she looks so lifeless
gazing into some black void
