Ooh, I like the mood in this and the title fits perfectly. I find the top and the bottom of the photo distracting as far as aesthetics are concerned but I like the rest of the composition very much.

Hey, I am DANCING!
This is a beautiful photograph. I like the bit of tilt that keeps it from being flat and dimension-less. Also I like the tones :)
I'll bet you have looked at it with the dark top part cropped, what do you think? It's different that way, but it might be less oppressive feeling. Which is of course what you want here.
