this is an awesome photo- the strongest of your portfolio. beautifully taken, perfect composition... it really stands out. i took a look at your most recent photos. this one stands on its own, without needing an allusion to arbus as some sort of explanation or excuse. a little less pretentious- thats a good thing.

You catched really a beautiful istant and I like the prospective. What comes out of the Pic is the light of the mother's eyes, maybe you shoud work on it, burning the area? I know, it's a diffucult work, but I think it would give much more interest to the face. A great image anyway.

Great expressive capture. My first impression of this was the feeling of exhaustion a mother feels, then I read the information and another entirely different emotion is being portayed. Excellent.
