You are right on your appreciation Riny, only think in this case the obtained effect is on purpose, the model ( main subject ) is on the vertical and clouds are nicely spreaded in the perspective, of course Riny, in my humble opinion.

Sometimes you might find the perfect subject for a photo but you don't have a tripod to hand, and the result is a horizon that isn't quite straight!! Not agree with you Jose.
