Very interesting. THe white lines at bottom remind me of x-rays of the hand.I really like the comp and way out soft focus.

What can I say, I like grain - I really truly do - so this image is interesting to me for that reason alone. The tone is excellent too.
What I particularly like about very grainy photos is how the image moves foreward and backward - it recedes and enlarges before our eyes depending on how we focus.
This does it very well especially in the area of the vertical bars.
