Very nice composition.
The photo is great and needs no enhancement .
But your fog effects are interesting and creative.
I use PS for 20 years.
Its very important not to " over do " Something.
With PS you can also nicely reconstruct the reality because digital cameras can not show what YOU saw on location and what you felt.
