I have the same thoughts Clay, especially bcse mr Prins is from Jewish origin and in 1927 they did not know yet what would happen in 1940-1945 WW 2.
I did find the name Prins back in a recent phonebook so at least one member survived the war.

When I see photos like this it makes me wonder who they were and how their life went. At least you know one of the people in the picture.
